Brief introduction of keynote speaker:Niu Qingshan, a doctoral tutor, was selected by the eighth batch of the "Thousand Talents Plan (Innovation Long Term)". Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Michigan Institute of Technology (MTU), 1990. a postdoctoral research in organic photochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 1990 to 1992. a postdoctoral research in metal organic specialty at the University of Nebraska from 1992 to 1994. from 1994 to 1997, was a professor assistant of polymer materials at Cornell University and the University of California, Berkeley. Since 2014, he has worked in the School of Chemical Engineering of China University of Petroleum (East China). Has been in the United States Dow Chemical Midland R & D headquarters (electronic materials), Dow Chemical Company FilmTec (reverse osmosis membrane material), US General Electric water treatment and process treatment (reverse osmosis membrane materials and applications), Dow Chemical China Co., Ltd. (Energy Materials, Lithium-Ion Materials) is a senior researcher, chief engineer and chief scientist. It has published 25 influential articles at home and abroad, and is authorized to have 18 US patents. It is currently reviewing 8 US patents. It has a high reputation and influence in the industry, and has led the domestic and international water treatment process and process - the technical direction of reverse osmosis membrane. The nano-microelectronic dielectric material (SiLK) developed by Dow Chemical was obtained in 2002. The National Medal of Technology and the Dow Chemical's Supreme Science Award from the President of the United States.
